• Outgoing SMTP: mail.yourdomain.com

Steps:

1. Create a free account on Zoho Mail
2. Add your domain
3. Verify domain using TXT record
4. Add MX Records:

• mx.zoho.in (Priority 10)
• mx2.zoho.in (Priority 20)
• mx3.zoho.in (Priority 50)

Once verified, create your email account: example hello@yourdomain.com.

Google Workspace gives Gmail interface + 30 GB to unlimited storage.

Steps:

1. Go to Google Workspace
2. Sign up with your domain
3. Verify domain via TXT record
4. Add Google MX Records:

• ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM (Priority 1)
• ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM (Priority 5)
• ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM (Priority 5)
• ALT3.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM (Priority 10)
• ALT4.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM (Priority 10)

Once done, you can log in to email using Gmail.

• Via Webmail – yourdomain.com/webmail
• Via Gmail App – using IMAP/SMTP
• Via Outlook – using IMAP/SMTP

To make sure your emails don’t land in spam, add:

• MX Records – for receiving emails
• SPF Record – protects against unauthorized sending
• DKIM Record – verifies email authenticity
• DMARC Record – protects from spoofing

Most providers give these records automatically after setup.
